This is our Culture is a post pandemic (Post-Art and Post-Fashion) design project celebrating fragments of culture from across the world.

Collection One is a series of three garments emblazoned with proverbs from Nigeria. The art is new. The idioms are old. Combining the two will help them continue into the future.

The literal translation of the proverb is: "the power of a woman is in her tongue".
